About Us
Our Mission
We believe breeding should prioritize welfare over profit. In a world where irresponsible practices exacerbate overpopulation and health crises, we stand apart by adhering to **standard breeding regulations**, ensuring every decision is scientifically informed and ethically defensible. Our puppies are raised to be healthy, emotionally balanced companions, and are never commodities.

Ethical Breeding Values
At Warm Hug Paws, nestled in the heart of South Africa, our story intertwines with the rich tapestry of human-canine bonds that have shaped this land for centuries. Inspired by South Africa’s deep connection to dogs—a relationship forged through companionship, loyalty, and shared history — We founded our breeding program in April 2019 to honor this legacy with ethical, heart-centered practices.

Community & Advocacy
All breeding dogs undergo genetic testing and regular veterinary checks. - Puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, with records openly shared.
Litters are raised in a home setting, exposed to children, diverse sounds, and outdoor adventures to build confidence. - Prospective owners are encouraged to visit our facility, meeting both puppies and parent dogs to foster trust
We spay/neuter non-breeding dogs and actively promote adoption initiatives to address South Africa’s stray crisis
We partner with local shelters and schools to educate communities on responsible pet ownership. Through workshops on canine behavior and welfare, we aim to reduce abandonment and nurture a culture of empathy
