Services Offered

We provide:

• Pedigree puppy sales with documentation

• Breeding mentorship programs

• Post-adoption veterinary support (first 6 weeks)

• Genetic health guarantees

User Obligations

Clients must:

• Provide accurate personal information per POPIA requirements

• Complete mandatory puppy care orientation

• Maintain scheduled vaccination protocols

• Not engage in unauthorized commercial breeding

Payment & Delivery

• 60% non-refundable deposit secures reservations

• Balance due before collection/delivery

• Transport costs calculated per SA Pet Transport Regulations

• 7-day cooling-off period under CPA Section 16

Health Guarantees

All puppies come with:

• Veterinary health certificate

• 12-month genetic defect warranty

• Vaccination records compliant with SA Veterinary Council standards
  (Excludes injuries from neglect/mishandling)

Privacy Policy

We adhere to POPIA Act 4 of 2013 by:

• Encrypting personal data

• Never sharing information without consent

• Maintaining strict medical record confidentiality

Liability Limitations

We're not responsible for:

• Behavioral issues developing post-sales

• Costs from undiagnosed pre-existing conditions

• Damages from breach of care instructions
